CAYA means Come As You Are. CAYA Wellness Collective was created from the belief that you don’t have to wait until you feel stronger, healthier, more confident, more put together, or even have your faith figured out to start showing up for your life. You can begin exactly where you are.

But living well is more than just physical. It’s caring for the body you’ve been given. It’s moving well, building strength, and addressing the pain or limitations that keep you from fully participating in your life. It’s also being intentional about what you fill your mind with, surrounding yourself with people who encourage and strengthen you, and staying rooted in God’s truth.

That whole-person approach is at the heart of CAYA. Through evidence-informed occupational therapy, movement and fitness, faith, and community, everything we do is designed to support you in stepping more fully into who God created you to be.

CAYA is a collective because we believe God has given each of us unique gifts to serve others. By bringing those gifts together, we're able to strengthen and care for our community in ways we couldn't do alone.

Come As You Are. You belong here.

DR. Samantha Jeffries  -  founder + Occupational Therapist

Hi! I’m Samantha, an occupational therapist and founder of CAYA Wellness Collective. I’ve been practicing occupational therapy for over five years and have always been passionate about helping people improve their health and quality of life. I began my career in pediatrics before transitioning to adults, where I now focus on orthopedic care. When I’m not working, you’ll find me spending time with family and friends, playing golf, grabbing a coffee, or walking my golden retriever, Millie.
Above all, my faith in Jesus has completely changed my life. My hope is that CAYA is more than just a place for classes or therapy—that it’s a place where people feel seen, encouraged, and cared for. I pray that God uses the gifts He’s given me and my passion for health and wellness to point others to Him.

Hi, I'm Logan! I'm a wife, mama of three, and a lover of all things creativity, wellness, and Jesus. I love taking Pilates classes, spending time with my family, creating through photography, videography, and social media, and building spaces that bring people together. My hope is that CAYA is a place where you can slow down, invest in your health, build meaningful relationships, and be reminded that you never have to earn your place here. Come as you are.

Hi! I’m Maddie and I’m so excited to be one of your instructors at CAYA!  I’m in my third year of teaching and started practicing Pilates at 11 after my physical therapist recommended it. I quickly fell in love with it and would practice everyday! I knew I wanted to become a Pilates instructor when I grew up—and even more specifically, a Christian one. My dream has always been to teach while worshiping the Lord, and He has truly answered that prayer. I’m so excited for us to strengthen our community, bodies, and faith with Jesus at the center! See ya on the mat!

I’m originally from Pittsburgh, PA, and recently made the move to Cincinnati after spending five years on the coast of North Carolina as a military spouse. Along the way, I discovered a deep passion for wellness, health, and fitness that transformed my lifestyle and ultimately my career.

Since becoming an instructor in 2024, I’ve built my foundation in mat and reformer Pilates, while also developing a personal love for barre, yoga, and strength training. Before instructing, I was a classroom teacher, which sparked my passion for helping others grow and build confidence.

When I’m not leading a class or getting in my own movement, you’ll find me spending time with my husband and our three pets, two cats, Leche and Cannoli, and our dog, Wanda. I also love spending time outside, exploring new places, and diving into the latest TV show binge.

Come take a class with me and get ready to move, sweat, and feel your best🫶🏻

Hi there!
I’m so excited you’re here! As a worship leader, certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and mat Pilates Instructor, I truly believe that health is about caring for the body, mind, and soul.
When you come to my class, you’ll learn not only what we’re doing, but why we’re doing it. I’m passionate about helping you build a strong foundation through proper form, intentional movement, and body awareness so you can move with confidence both in and out of the studio.
I currently live in Dayton with my husband, Turner, and our border collie, Jayce. When I’m not on the mat, you’ll usually find me lifting, hiking, making healthy food, or writing music. I love all things health and wellness and am always furthering my education so that I can better serve the people I have the privilege of teaching.
Above all, my faith is the foundation of everything I do. Every good thing in my life I owe to Christ, and I’m so grateful to teach at a studio where we can invite Him into our wellness journeys. Whether you’re joining me for Sculpt or Stretch, I can’t wait to move with you, encourage you, and grow together as a community!
